Domiciliary Care Training - Resources from BVS
We have developed a number of resources to help staff in the care sector continue to develop professionally. Our domiciliary care training titles are specifically designed to give homecare staff the opportunity to learn more about giving care to service users in their own homes. Available on DVD the videos come with a CD-Rom to help deliver effective training.
For example our Home Care 1 - Principles of Person Centred Care DVD and accompanying supporting material, set exclusively in the domiciliary setting, gives an excellent introduction into the values that underpin a person centred care approach.
Our titles have been independently verified as conforming to standards appropriate to CPD and the releant standards for each country in the UK. For England they link in to the Skills for Care Common Induction Standards and also to NVQ so you can be confident that your staff will deliver better care having been trained with resources from us. When the revised Common Induction Standards are released in June 2010 all our products will be remapped to the new standards.
