DVD not playing / not working properly

There are several reasons why the DVD may not play properly.  In all instances please try it in another machine prior to calling us as it may be an issue with your hardware.

If you are attempting to play your DVD on a PC or a laptop please ensure that you have an appropriate "media player" installed and that there are no conflicts between software programmes running - your IT department should be able to help you with this.

If you are attempting to play your DVD on a DVD player, please try it on another machine in the first instance. If all of the above fails then please contact our Customer Service Team on 0845-644-2866 to discuss the problem.

Please note - when selecting to play by chapter once that chapter has finished the DVD returns to the main menu and does not continue to play the following chapters.  This is not a design fault but the additional functionality that DVD offers.
