This DVD, which is aimed at care workers and kitchen assistants, will examine what constitutes a healthy diet for the older person. Filmed in a real working care home and featuring ‘Care Chef of the Year 2007’ Patrick Moore this is an invaluable resource in ensuring that elderly service users are provided with healthy, nutritional meals.
