We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer focussed individual to take on the role of Customer Service Administrator.
The candidate must have at least 1 years experience within Customer Service and must have outstanding communication skills.
This is a varied role which involves Customer Service and Administration so the candidate must have the ability to multi-task and use their own initiative.
DUTIES TO INCLUDE: Processing customer orders Maximising sales by cross-selling Dealing with customer queries General office admin and ad-hoc duties as directed
ESSENTIAL SKILLS: Solid customer service skills Excellent telephone manner Good working knowledge of MS Office At least one years experience in customer service
DESIRABLE SKILLS: Knowledge of ACT! / Sage An interest in the care industry Invoicing experience
