Customer Services Administrator - Ref no: CSAD0908
Location: Hammersmith

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer focussed individual to take on the role of Customer Service Administrator.
 
The candidate must have at least 1 years experience within Customer Service and must have outstanding communication skills.
 
This is a varied role which involves Customer Service and Administration so the candidate must have the ability to multi-task and use their own initiative.

DUTIES TO INCLUDE:
• Processing customer orders
• Maximising sales by cross-selling
• Dealing with customer queries
• General office admin and ad-hoc duties as directed

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
• Solid customer service skills
• Excellent telephone manner
• Good working knowledge of MS Office
• At least one year’s experience in customer service

DESIRABLE SKILLS:
• Knowledge of ACT! / Sage
• An interest in the care industry
• Invoicing experience
