Details
Focus On Health & Safety features 10 study scenarios depicting varying levels of care practice for care workers to identify and discuss. Then by working together they must explore best practice and explain why this improves the quality of care.
The study scenarios pose a range of complex questions for care workers to solve. In Focus On Health & Safety these include; ‘Spot the mistake’, ‘What happens next?’, ‘What would you do?’, and ‘Why is this a problem?’ amongst others. Focus On Health & Safety will help care workers develop their problem-solving skills and improve their service delivery.
