Details
Focus On Records & Messages features 10 study scenarios depicting practice which could be improved for care workers to identify and discuss. Then by working together they must explore best practice and explain why this improves the quality of care.
The study scenarios pose a range of complex questions for care workers to solve. In Focus On Records & Messages these include; ‘Spot the mistake’, ‘What happens next?’, ‘What would you do?’, and ‘Why is this a problem?’ amongst others. Focus On Records & Messages will help care workers develop their problem-solving skills and improve their service delivery.
