Please note due to the outbreak of COVID-19 we are can now only despatch DVD orders once a week. Royal Mail has said that 1st and 2nd class can take up to 2 weeks because of delays in the postal system, although deliveries may be quicker. If you have an urgent need for training we can set you up on our eLearning platform caretutor.org.**

Please note that we do not offer a refund on any of our products unless the product is faulty, in which case we will offer a replacement.
