Recognising Indicators of Child Abuse is aimed at new childcare workers to provide safeguarding training to cover the EYFS Standards. The video is 17 minutes and the course can be delivered in approximately 1 1/2 hours and is ideal for induction of new staff.

Understanding Child Protection is a more detailed course designed for more experienced staff or designated staff members who may have responsibility for liaising with local child protection agencies and Ofsted, and goes into more detail about the subject of safeguarding children and reporting. The video lasts 27 minutes and the lesson plan allows for a course length of approximately 4 hours. Both course can be delivered in-house by a senior member of staff or can be used as training resources by external trainers.
