It also features Relationship Centred Care, Well-Being, and the 6Cs of Care, Compassion, Competence, Communication Courage and Commitment, the six values that are now recognised as applying to all Health and Social Care Workers. This title introduces carers to the values that underpin person-centred care and assists them to develop their understanding of how the Principles of Care should be reflected in their day-to-day practices.
